GTIN / UPC exemption for our own brand.

How can we go for GS1?
We are not generating enough business from Amazon to justify the registration fees charged by GS1.
Please help us, shall we continue our business or resign as amazon seller.
Please Guide us.

As stated in the case you must provide a barcode for this product and there is no other way to skip it .
Did you review if the products does not have any ISBNs, UPCs, EANs or JANs ?
As per Obtain a product ID Help Page:
"Sellers are required to obtain a product Id as it is a mandatory attribute for adding a new product which is not already being sold on Amazon. Ideally, the brand owner or company that owns the specifications of the product to be sold, regardless of who manufactured the product, is the rightful entity to obtain the GTIN.
If you do not have a product ID for your product, you can request it from the manufacturer. If you manufacture the product yourself, visit the GS1 standards website for more information."
