amazon seller account is deactivated

I am a new seller and my amazon account is deactivated due to product authenticity .and i don't have invoices so what should i do to reactivate my account. I appealed multiple time but didn't got reactivated my account .please help me.

if you dont have invoices from where you got the products ? for sure they are fake thats why you account is suspended.

Ash here to assist. It has been understood that you need help to reactivate your account which has been deactivated due to the product authenticity complaints.

In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we expect from all our selling partners to confirm authenticity of impacted items by providing the valid invoices.

If you don’t have valid invoices, please submit your appeal by clicking on the Reactivate your account -> Submit new information -> and provide more information as requested.
