Hello @Seller_4exMUVgknwEiI
Christine here from Amazon Forums.
I apologize for the frustration you're experiencing with printing your label. Let's try to troubleshoot this issue step-by-step:
Printer compatibility:
First, ensure that your Brother QL1100 printer is properly connected and recognized by your computer.
Label size settings:
In the software you're using to print the label, check if you can manually select the label size.
Make sure it's set to 4x6 inches (or 101.6 x 152.4 mm).
Printer settings:
Open your printer properties or preferences.
Verify that the correct label size (4x6) is selected in the printer settings.
Software update:
Check if there are any updates available for the software you're using to create and print the label.
Also, ensure your printer drivers are up to date.
Test print:
Try printing a test page or a different document to ensure the printer is working correctly.
Label stock:
Confirm that the 4x6 labels are properly loaded in the printer.
Check if there's any paper jam or obstruction.
Restart:
Sometimes, a simple restart of both the computer and the printer can resolve issues.
Alternative software:
If possible, try printing the label from a different program (e.g., Word or PDF reader) to see if the issue is software-specific.
If none of these steps work, I would recommend you to contact our seller support team so they can further assist you.
Hope you have a great day and happy holidays.
Christine.
