A to Z unfair Claim - Item Returned Today and Customer Opened A to Z Claim today for refund and Amazon Approved!!

The item was delivered to us today, October 29th, as confirmed by the customer and by evening when we went to refund customer A to Z claim had been opened by him only and refund was issued and ODR was affected. Since the item has been delivered within the last 24 hours, per policy, the customer would not be eligible to open an A-to-Z claim. We respectfully request that the claim be removed from our account, as it has not been 24 hours since the item was delivered and the refund was sorted within 24 hours.
