Valid Tracking Rate Issue

I have a Handmade shop on Amazon and I currently have a valid tracking rate of 74% despite the fact that I have a Royal Mail Click and Drop account which I use and it is integrated with Amazon.

Can anyone give some advice as to how I get this figure up as I dont want to run the risk of Amazon penalising me?

Thanks in advance

Are you sending any letters?

Is click and drop set to update Amazon automatically?

A lot will depend on how you are marking them as despatched in amazon. For example, we used to send via Royal Mail 48, our VTR never got above 80% most of t he time as 20% of deliveries didn’t get a delivery confirmation scan, but amazon were validating the Royal Mail 48 tracking numbers when they weren’t scanned and all was ok. We still got the VTR warning emails, but never got anything suspended.

It will help if you screenshot your VTR defect report to show what you are shipping as.
