There's tracking info and a photo of a signed receipt. It still went through with the claim.
The customer purchased two pairs of pants on 2/14/2025, the courier delivered on 2/25/2025 with a photo of the signed receipt, but the customer said on 3/12/2025 that he did not receive them, we immediately replied to the customer with the tracking number and tracking information of the package with a photo of the signed receipt, but the customer never replied to us and filed on 3/17/2025 a Claim. We provided all the evidence, including the tracking slip number of the package, tracking information and signed photos. But the reason for Amazon's claim to be credited to ODR is still that the tracking information is missing or invalid. I don't know what to do anymore, please help me.I really appreciate it.
