Product Review for product damaged by FBA

Amazon removed the feedback for the product damaged during FBA shipping, but they refused to remove the review left by the same customer on the product page. Can anyone explain the reason?

Also, Amazon shipped the replacement from my inventory. Shouldn't I be reimbursed.

I am assuming that the review left on the product detail page is about the product itself. Because of that, it will not be removed. Understandably, a feedback left for product damaged in FBA shipment would be removed.
