We Are the Only Sellers of Our Products on Amazon Yet It Attempts to Reimburse Us With Our Own Inventory! No Way!
Amazon continues to try to reimburse us with our own inventory. In the most recent case, it claims they found a unit laying around and thus after damaging our inventory replaced it with the unit laying around. NOT GOING TO FLY. It's our inventory and we are still out a unit. This is a consistent tactic used by Amazon.
An Amazon person needs to investigate this immediately.
