Help - listing removed! wrong product category

we're pretty desperate with this one. We have a high selling product that out of nowhere has been mis-categorised and is now in a restricted category (beverages) despite it being a paper product. Brand registry Seller support won't listen and now the listing has been removed. Can anyone help?

correction - it is the 'product type' causing the problem. Somehow Amazon has updated it to the wrong type which is causing the issue.
