Section 3 De-Activation - Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Amazon Seller Forums,

On Oct 8, I was de-activated for an inauthentic claim for a POP Funko toy. I have been submitting my invoices from the Funko Brand and rejected because I did not have a LOA.

On Oct 21, I submitted the LOA from Funko Brand Legal counsel and that document was rejected. I re-submitted them with invoices and that was rejected the following day.

Then I submitted an appeal with the following on Oct 28:

LOA, Brand Invoices, Amex Bank Statements, Packing Slips, Bill of Lading, and Funko Customer statements. I sell bulk, so the CC charges tend to be larger than then amount on the invoice, but the customer statement breaks down the charge down to all the invoices attributed to said CC charge. Please note that the LOA was personalized by Funko legal for my situation in hopes to help me get reinstated which include the ASIN item in question down to the number of units I received of said item.

Still got rejected due to inability of verifying Funko documents.

My last correspondence was CASE ID16592406191 this morning. I even got an invite for Brand Registry to get me white listed for Funko yesterday. Would appreciate any help from the Moderators to get this situation resolved before holidays hit.

Here is my last Performance Notification from Amazon.

This will sound crazy, but it IS Amazon!

Are the invoices and the letter from Funko Legal (I'm shocked that you were able to get that actually) match how your account is registered on Amazon EXACTLY?

I have invoices for almost everything that I buy under one LLC but my store sells under a different LLC name. I have had to prove at times that I own both LLCs.

EXACT MATCH REQUIREMENTS

Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'. Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?

That means Street is not ST.

Jim is not James.

ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps

Thanks to @Sandy_Amazon for letting us all know that Brand Registry applications are also space sensitive.

And so on………………..

They mean every comma, period, dash, etc. must be EXACTLY THE SAME INCLUDING SPACE S.

Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'. Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?

Then, if you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.………….…

BUT, it’s a weekend and all the MODS are off partying 😁😁 so it may be early next week before you hear back! Actually, they are short staffed (on purpose) on weekends because Amazon doesn’t think anything bad happens then!

From the last Performance Notification and the appeals you have submitted, there seems to be questions concerning the invoices and documents submitted. The Notification from November 2, 2024, states only documents you have not yet provided will be reviewed.

This is what I found: Respond to a Product Quality and Authenticity performance notification and Product Quality and Authenticity Policy compliance

The only guidance I could suggest would be to provide documents not already rejected in your previous appeals. That would be exactly what the last Notification is telling you.

Some information on Invoices: Invoice requirements for appealing a policy violation I do not have access to the same tools and verification steps the appeals team uses so I am not sure what the issue is with any of your documents. And for privacy reasons, they do not provide details about their investigation methods.

What was the nature of the inauthentic claim? Was it a received IP violation from a rights holder, customer authenticity complaint, or a suspected IP violation triggered by an Amazon bot?

This "for privacy reasons" nonsense is...nonsense. Can you imagine being a defendant accused of a crime and going to trial but not being told what evidence was used to find you guilty or what proof of your innocence that you have provided was insufficient, rejected and for what reason? And trying to guess what the court wants that you have not yet delivered?
