Account Level Reserve Withholding

According to Levy Letter from State of California. The withholding is only 25%. For Amazon withholding 100% is destroy my livelihood and my family. It's no way I can keeping doing business that is sinking deeper everyday. I have no income coming since last year. I called the State agent and was informed that State of California required the withholding is only 25% of each payment.

What is required by CA due to the levy is not an upper limit on what Amazon can hold.

They may (rightfully) think that there is risk that future levies will be brought up, or that there may be additional issues with your account.
