Something fishy going on with my pending orders
over last 2-3 weeks i slowly my pending orders piling up. i currently have 44 where i normally might have 8-12
also about a week ago someone put a very unusall order for 20 like items and today i look and see all my mony gone and now a negitive number for past week. well i dunno what happened i did see that the 20 item order was returned altogh even with that, it should not of placed funds into negitive
i just dont know whats going on in 15 years i never seen anything like this

Yes, it happens and not for the reason you think. Unsavory sellers, your competitors, place the orders to tie up your inventory, so theirs will sell. They know the pending sales can sit there for 2 weeks, and the product IS subtracted from your inventory, so it will not sell.
There is not muck you can do about it. It is just the way the Amazon Auto-Bots work.

If you have pending orders going beyond 21 days, please open a case with the order IDs in question and share the case ID here. We will escalate where we can to have those cleared where applicable.
