I wanted to stop by to check on you and this discussion. As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC notes, it's a little difficult to understand what your concerns are that we can help address. There are a vast amount of listing errors that could occur. I wrote about how to find the exact error in this post -->HERE<-- and see if there is a Seller Central article related to that error.

I took a look at your case log and didn't find a case filed with Selling Partner Support regarding this issue. If you have not reached out to Seller Support yet, I'd recommend starting there and filing a very detailed report about the issue you are experiencing by providing information such as:

  • ASIN/Product/SKU you are getting an FBA error for
  • Steps you are taking that create the error
  • Screenshots of the error message you are getting
  • Share what web browser you are using
  • Share any additional information that might be useful for support to begin helping you troubleshoot the issue

Feel free to post the CASE ID in this discussion once you have contacted support so we can follow the case along to the conclusion. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Hope you have a great rest of the week.
