Replacement authorized by Amazon (FBM)
I was pretty sure I did not authorize Amazon to give a replacement, but, I get one or two every three months.
I just replace it because I don't want to get into a stink with either Amazon or the customer>
If the item comes back and looks good and there is no problem with the item, is that a Safe-T claim?

Unfortunately as of earlier this year, "replacement item" as an option to the customer was forced through, we no longer have any choice in the matter even for FBM items like we used to.
