Brand Registry Nightmare 2
I am a business that has been doing my Business as a sole proprietorship in Florida and paying sales taxes monthly. I have registered my trademark and cannot register my brand. There is no live help for brand registry and I cannot register. I need help. This is a nightmare. Is there anyone that can help. Nobody should have to go through this.

Is your TM live at the USPTO or just filed?
I'm an LLC and am in BR with minimal problems (so far).
What do the rejection letters say? Remove personal information and then copy and paste the latest rejection.
