Bank Account Holder Name is not matching my business legal name

Bank Account Holder Name is not matching my business legal name

The Bank Account Holder Name is wrong. It doesn't match my legal business name / business address name.

In the deposit method verification page, under the Bank Account Holder Name, none of those names matches my business legal name. It is currently blocking my deposit method verification.

Can anyone help me?

The name on your account and the name on your business address need to match exactly or your verification won't go through. If it doesn't you may need to change the name on your bank account.

I understand you are attempting to verify your bank account to remain in compliance with the INFORM Consumers Act. While you have already attempted the verification, your documents were not accepted.

As @Seller_qTJiCxRI8PpIZ stated, all information present on the full bank statement must exactly match the information provided in Seller Central. In addition to this, you also must ensure you have assigned a deposit method to the applicable marketplace.

Did you ensure you selected the correct name on the account when you made the submission? Is there anyone else's name on the bank statement or your seller central account?

If you have any case IDs or further information, I will be glad to look into this issue for you.
