CANCELLED ORDER ISSUE

Dear Amazon team we have received 2 orders, and we have to dispatched on the given date by self-shipment. the order id (408-0586296-4861157) & (403-8660471-2603539) through Delivery Courier dated 08-04-2025 it is already in transit but today morning i have received the mail that my order has cancelled kindly look into this matter and do the needful. the courier docket details are mentioned below...

There is nothing to do by Amazon. Stop the shipment and RTO in your shipper site immediately. Otherwise, buyer will have both the orders and never has to pay for it.

This is a serious problem, It happened with me as well.

I choose Easy ship and packed the order for pickup, next morning i received email of order cancellation.

Amazon should deduct the charges from buyer at cancellation. and provide us the charges for packing the product.

After 30 minutes, a buyer cannot cancel a Self-ship order on their own. They can only submit a cancellation request for your review.

Did you receive such a cancellation request?

If you have already shipped and confirmed the order, you should:

  1. Use Buyer-Seller messages to inform the buyer that the order is already on its way
  2. Request them to return the item once received
  3. Process the refund after receiving the return
