Why did I receive an error saying my ASIN was not recognized as part of my brand?

Context: New account trying to set up my first listing. When I try to create A+ content, I get the error that my ASIN is not mapped to my brand. I tried to diagnose the issue, but when I go to Brand Registry, I don't even see my brand there. It says it's still pending approval. I do, however, see that the Seller Application for my brand was approved. Not sure what to do, but below are the details...

  • ASIN: B0DRMJMBBP
  • Brand Name: Granolaful.

Hi @Seller_iyC91VNjW0v7R,

Mt name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can assist here and thanks for providing the brand name and ASIN. The ASIN is mapped to your brand, the issue is that your brand is not yet enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry which is a requirement for creating A+ content. You can reference this and more on the A+ content help page.

Approval to list a brand via a selling application is a separate process for enrolling in Amazon Brand Registry. I was able to find your Brand Registry enrollment application and see that it was rejected and that you submitted your appeal yesterday. Your appeal is currently being reviewed and the appeal team will provide a response as soon as they are able, but I unfortunately do not have an estimate on how long that will take at this time. Typically, you should see a response within 10 business days, but if after 15 days you have not received a response, please let me know here and I will escalate.

Fell free to let me know if you have any questions!

Best, Dougal
