Brand Registry Application stuck in Pending over 4 months!
I submitted a brand registry application in November of 2023, over 4 months ago (Case ID: 14359540861). I have tried contacting Brand Registry support and Amazon Seller support multiple times, and they keep telling me they can't help me with brand registry until I am a registered brand- which is exactly what I'm aiming to be!
I only want to contact brand registry support to discuss my brand application status. Did I do something incorrectly? I feel like my brand registry application is stuck and I am unable to submit a new one until this one is approved or rejected. Can someone please help? This situation is very frustrating and disheartening!!
