Featured offer or buy box GONE
Hi, all of my listings were buy box or featured offer eligible.
Now all of a sudden none of my listings are eligible for buy box or featured offer.
Nothing about my account has changed.
My Account Health is good.
My Shipping Performance is excellent.
My Feedback is great.
I went through all the criteria of why it can happen and none apply to me.
My account is in good standing, with no issues with returns, late shipments, etc. Everything looks great based on the criteria. I should qualify. When I check "why," it says there is no reason that they can provide now.
My sales are in a slump even with my pricing lower than other sellers. I was typically at least in the top 3 offers. Now even with the lowest price, I am 5th or 6th. I was once told that the algorithm determines the buy box or featured offer eligibility of sellers. This happened to me once before and a manager had to contact your IT department to do a “Manual Override” to make the correction to my account to get my buy box/ featured offer eligibility back.
Please help me with this problem.

Don't believe that timing coinkidinks add up to Amazon personnel in any department (IT department? kind-of large generically described category) actually doing something to fix your individual circumstance..
More than likely, your favorable outcome previously was due to Amazon cracking down on left-handed sellers in the far Northwest and Southeast who sold an odd vs even number of orders on the 2nd Tuesday in April--
and those just happened to correlate to a high preponderance of your competitors for those items......
Rhyme and/or reason has little to do with buybox changes unless the seller himself affected it (accidentally changed handling to 15 days from 2, for instance)

The exact same thing happened to me about 4 or 5 days ago. Excellent account health. 100% positive reviews. And now every listing is ineligible to be the Featured Offer. Virtually all sales have ended. If you have any success getting your listings reinstated - and didn't mind sharing how you did it - it would be very appreciated.

Don't worry about it. The Buy Box is a horrible part of Amazon. Look at it this way: You can list a product, spend mucho dinero advertising it, spend years building it up and as soon as the sales are great..Boom! An overseas seller will hijack your product, sell it at a lower price and then all your money, hard work and sales are gone. All because you lost the Buy Box. Who always gets the buy Box? The lowest price. So if your hijacker can sell your product cheaper than you, the Buy Box is gone. Amazon should remove the Buy Box, but it would not be good for them to not have sellers' compete against each other and sell products so cheaply that we can only scrape out a few pennies for each sell. Or just break even, And from reading on here, branding your products doesn't stop hijackers.

Check on the right side of your inventory under Featured Offer Eligible. See if it says Yes or No. If it says, No, that is why. If you've changed your prices to be 5% of the buy box and give it 24 hrs and it still says No, call Seller Support. Happened to me and it killed sales, until they switched it all back on to Yes again.

Hard to tell why you lost the box this time of year. Could be you are FBM, and amazon is going to help FBA first.

The buy box algorithm is very complex. Anything from one late delivery (either shipped OR delivered), to one bad feedback, to your sales of a particular category (say books) dropping to below a certain threshold over the past year can knock all of your items (or just a category of items) out of the buy box. It doesn't take much and sometimes isn't something you can quantify on your own.

Contact seller support, tell them what the problem is. They won't be able to help. They will give you meaningless answers , or irrelevant answers, or outright lies, BUT you will have a case number.
Tag a mod in this thread, then, once they reply, give them the case number.
I've had this happen twice this year, and a mod in these forums fixed it both times.

So you have checked your account. But have you checked your listings?
Are these Your products and are you normally the only seller on them and the Buy Box is completely suppressed? Or are you one of many sellers on the product and you have just lost buy box eligibility for some reason?
If they are your products, Go through your inventory and see if there is anything that now needs more "information" in the listing to be featured offer eligible. Has Amazon changed categories on you or other stuff like that?
Have any prices changed lately?
What about handling time? Are you FBA or FBM?
