Brand Registry - Own the trademark but keeps being rejected as not the brand owner
We have attempted to put through brand registry through a trademarked design mark, however it keeps being rejected as there was no proof of brand ownership. I have written the brand name the same as the trademark and we have even gone and got permanent fixing of our brand on our boxes which we are the owners of (not resellers). The support chats are not helpful. Anyone assist?
