Hello everyone, we met next problem.

Our fbm sales on one of European marketplaces were on review and disbursements were stoped. Then we provided all necessary information requested by Amazon and got notification that our sales are unblocked and disbursements will be made on next scheduled date.

But since then all our money suddenly became at account level reserve. and we can't initiate any payment.

The summ increases every day.

Also we know about DD+7 rule and we have a lot of orders that are already passed DD+7 date for more than 20 days.

We opened cases: 10402163882 10404342452 10405876062 10415019552 10417436672 10417476442 10418488022 10422811692

But all the time status of cases become "transferred" and nothing happens at all.

Is there any chance to solve the problem, because we can't even know the reason why all the money is blocked.
