Is Amazon working really? I don't think so.

We have been selling our fashion jewelry for over 4 years with successful sales result so far, oh, at least until 1 month ago.

Amazon has deleted our precious catalogue with no prior caution or anything else, and it has caused serious damage on our sales.

I have made several inquiry message to the help center but none of them has been answered as of now.

In addition, there was unknown error on the barcode system and nothing seems correct - I have uploaded our new items on our brand store but cannot even print a single barcode at all since every information on the barcode is totally incorrect.

What is happening in Amazon now?

I feel so hopeless because my warehouse is full of items to be dispatched to Amazon but even no barcodes on.

Anyone who is suffering from this kind of problem?
