Easter 2024 SFP Delivery dates
First job this morningI have opened 3 messages from buyers wanting to cancel orders due to missed delivery dates.
When I look a bit closer I see that all order were shipped on time using the buy shipping option with SFP and shipped with DPD as directed by Amazon
The order summary shows: Ship by: Sat, 30 Mar 2024
Deliver by: Sun, 31 Mar 2024, 00:00 GMT to Mon, 1 Apr 2024, 00:59 BST
Guess what?? DPD did not work Sunday or Monday.
I now have 3 brassed off customers and 3 shipping costs that I wont get back based on a delivery date given by Amaozn that was never going to happen.
Nice way to start the week!!
Any thoughts on how to get my shipping costs refunded?

The fault, I suspect, is with Amazon not DPD and good luck getting anything back from them. We have 151 late deliveries and counting (compared to 11 in total for the preceding 3 weeks - which includes 2 shipped late)
