We are other sellers here in this forum and have no idea why your documents are being rejected. Did you receive any communication from Amazon or was it simply marked rejected?

I'm not sure even the Community Managers would be able to tell you, but if you have a case with Seller Support, post the case ID. They may not be able to tell you anything but at least they can take a look and then tell you they can't tell you.

This is true. If you could provide an ASIN or the case ID, I could provide some information specific to your account.

This may help you understand why you may not be receiving an explanation for a rejection:

In your compliance area from the Account Health Page - you should see the header: Manage your compliance and under that Product Compliance Requests.

Click into that area, there you can view Incomplete requests and Completed requests.

Select any one of the Incomplete requests by clicking on the black bar under the Action header, it says (Add or appeal compliance). You will see Provide Documents and Appeal Request.

Under Provide Documents, there usually will be Product Images and Test Reports. There are little question marks inside a small circle next to each of these. You need to click that small question mark to review the needed documents for each area of submission. If you do NOT provide the documents EXACTLY as requested, your submission could be rejected without explanation. You should have different information for each area in Product Images and Test Reports. The same documents should not be submitted in both areas as that is not what will fit the requirements.

Please review this information: Product compliance documentation

I hope this information may be helpful for you. Please reach back out with an ASIN or Case ID for additional details.

I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the forums.

All of my compliance documents were rejected. They never tell me why. I have been trying this for 3 years now and I am giving up wanting to sell in EU. They are impossible. It seems they just don't want US sellers or make it so difficult that is impossible to sell in their markets.
