Struggling with Error 5461
Hello!
I have a 2-part question.
1) I am trying to list my handmade item and on entering my Brand name (pending trademark on uspto), I am getting 5461 error. I went ahead and filled Catalog Authorization (multiple times) but the error never got resolved and finally a customer care representative had me list my product as 'generic' that I am not thrilled about. How can I get this error resolved and start using my brand name?
2) In the meantime, I listed one item (not handmade and different category and brandname, FBM for now).
I'm confused if this will cause any violation as I have been approved for handmade. So my question is can I sell both handmade and regular(?) using the same seller account?
I'm completely new to this and will highly appreciate any help with these.

Specifically, to your question for you to have your brand product listed you will need to register the brand first, our advice, will be for you to review the application requirements closely and our application guide before try to apply with Brand registry.
Once the Brand is approved, you will be able to create the product on the marketplace and added to Handmade as well, if you want to.
If you don't have the brand enrolled, you can follow the advice provided and create product under generic brand, however if you have enrolled your brand later you will not be able to rebrand the product (generic -Brand), meaning you will need to delete that one and create new ASIN with the brand.
