Amazon telling me I sent an empty box a month later and removing inventory from my stock recieved a month ago
Sent in a large shipment in Jan, shipment was received in full. A month later amazon zeroed out my inventory and told me I sent an empty box. Per UPS a 30+LB box was shipped and delivered, I sent an invoice, I have UPS tracking, the box had no issues a month ago how a month later am I told I sent an empty box. Need help ASAP not getting anywhere with seller support

Your shipment has been disposed of. We've had this happen several times lately and it's only getting worse. The worst part is that when you point out the tracking information has a weight and it wasn't an empty box they seem to think that it's not important. Your concern is of no concern to the overseas operators manning the Amazon machine. They will make you jump through hoops and provide packing lists, disclose product suppliers, etc. only to say that you only imagined sending the inventory and that they received an empty box. It wasn't that the person working there made a mistake. REMEMBER: Amazon never makes mistakes. They are perfect and their employees are perfectly happy!
