URGENT HELP PRIME SFP ORDERS

Good Afternoon

I am wondering if anyone can help since last week i seem to loose my prime badge on Friday afternoon with my listings showing longer than expected delivery times it also states that i do not have to ship on a Saturday now ?

I am looking at my settings and all say prime offers only on a Saturday so I should be shipping them ?

We ship our Prime orders on a Sunday too and we are also having the same issue, this is the 3rd consecutive weekend that this has happened and we are getting no-where with Amazon

There are a few other threads about this, all the past three weekends have been the same for many SFP sellers. There has been no response from Amazon yet, cases are unresolved - waiting unfortunately for a fix

Lots of Threads on the issue of no weekend requirement for SFP, I started a Thread ages ago.

Perhaps the Mods can resolve, as SS are useless as always! - maybe link all the Threads together?

Losing your Prime Badge likely a different issue to resolve, you need to check more into that part.
