I received a complaint of patent infringement Complaint No: 15739839831 I stated that the complaint of patent infringement was in error and sent the necessary documents.
these acins are color variations of the same main acin.
My objection was accepted and my list was opened due to the same complaint about 1 of these variations. but my objections in other acins are not accepted and my list is not opened, whereas the color variations belonging to the same main acin are inconsistent here. So if a patent infringement objection is accepted for one color, why is it not accepted for the other color, the product belonging to the same main asine, please, it would be good if we can solve this problem, my lists have been closed for 3 days because of this complaint for unfair competition.

It seems that you are facing challenges in getting your objection accepted for one color but not accepted for the other colors.
Could you let us know if you were able to resolve the issue you were having? Have you tried using the "Call me now" button on the Account Health page to speak with an Account Health Specialist and provide any additional information during the call?
