We have been charged low inventory level fees since may on an item that sells less than 20 units per week and I have been given the runaround by support for voer a month trying to get someone to do something about it. When I actually chatted with support person they agreed that is was erroneous and sent it to be reimbursed. Then that department denied the reimbursement.

It is the usual run around by support trying to avoid doing anything about a mistake, forcing the seller to repeat the issue over and over again and then sending you in a circle until you give up without them ever doing anything about it.

Even if they say you are not being charged check. The inventory system said I was not being charged but in the transactions it showed that I was.

It is absurd, like anyone has time to spend hours dealing with this joke of a policy. I have just raised my prices to compensate for it.
