why does Amazon allow customers to just open A-z claims?
its getting BS now. Customers don't even have to contact us now, they just file an A-z claim saying they didn't receive the item and get a full refund? I also had a customer saying the item was lost, within 3 days I contacted the carrier and had it delivered but too late, Amazon already refunded. And now I can't appeal the claim because Amazon says they contacted the customer on my behalf claiming and updated delivery status.
[Moderator edit: removed political commentary]...just straight up stealing from us.

Hello @Seller_TD8kClMwLYBMd- thanks for posting. Please see this page on the A-to-z Claim process which outlines cases where claims may be filed, what instant refund situations may immediately qualify an order to be eligible for a claim.
I'll also need to note that our Community Guidelines do prohibit "Political commentary, including opinions and statements about political candidates, parties, and policies. This content is not considered relevant to selling in Amazon’s store."
I appreciate your understanding with this, and hope the policy page helps with the claims you mention.
Best,
Danny

I have done a Safe T Claim on these types of issues attaching the Proof of Delivery and the claim was approved and refunded to my seller account.
