Hi all,

I received a complaint from a customer questioning the authenticity of my product. the customer claimed the product was fake because it didnt work and the packaging was different. As a result, Amazon deactivated my product listing and requested an invoice from my supplier. I provided an invoice from my supplier and his supplier along with quality certificate and company's registration to verify the legitimacy of my supplier. However, Amazon hast not approved my appeal. Out of 21 orders, only one customer believed the product was fake, which i believe is not true. Any assistance would be appreciated.
