amazon does not respond to my appeal

My account was deactivated because of GENERIC PRODUCT Listing and there was one IP violation as well, so I submitted the IP violation appeal which was accepted and removed. Now I have submitted various appeal to reactivate my account but there is no response from amazon. It's being 2 months my account is deactivated. I am unable to open any case as whenever I tried to open a case its automatically closed with generic email. Could anyone please help what can I do?? Thanks

Greetings Algo_Zone,

I understand this is a frustrating situation, but based on the information provided, it seems likely that the deactivation of your account was due to the use of a branded product in your listings, even if it was unintentional.

The "generic product Listing" violation suggests your product may have been infringing on a trademark or brand name. Even if you were unaware, Amazon takes IP violations very seriously and will deactivate accounts as a result.

My recommendation would be to carefully review all of your product listings and sourcing to ensure you are only selling legitimate, unbranded products. If you truly believe the products are not branded, I would suggest gathering any available evidence or documentation to demonstrate this - such as invoices, product images, or correspondence with suppliers.

With a clear, well-documented appeal highlighting the unbranded nature of your products, you will have the best chance of getting your account reactivated proving that the deactivation happened in error.
