Negetive Feedback left for order fully refunded 1.5 months before feedback given.

Dear Amazon seller support,

Please help us for the negative feedback left for order 701-2682506-8986640.

Buyer sent a message requesting full refund for order because it was late.

Based on our past experience, we have encountered this situation and avoided the conflicts that may arise. We decided to immediate issue full refund. We use the loss of goods value and shipping costs to hedge against possible A to Z claims and negative feedbacks. We believe it’s the most effective and quickest solution that favours buyer.

Somehow even the order was already fully refunded 1.5 months earlier, the buyer still post a negative feedback. Left negative feedback stated they want a full refund. Buyer message me May 31 and we responded and we issued full refund next day, June 1, using Amazon full refund template link tool. But the buyer seems have not realized and misunderstood our pro buyer’s favour intentions.

We tried to appeal the decision but get rejected by tam-level2 in seconds...

We are seeking help here and hopefully a real person can review this case.

Amazon mod here jumping in to further assist, did you have the escalated case to our seller support department?

It's important for you to note that our feedback removal team will only remove reviews within the following reasons:

- Contains obscene language

- Contains seller-specific, personally identifiable information

- Entire feedback comment is a product review

- Entire feedback comment is about fulfilment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon

But I like how you took ownership of the case and provided great customer service, setting the correct expectations, there exists the possibility that the escalation might be denied but more than willing to escalate this on your behalf, I;ll try my best to work something out with them.
