Please help, all stock at 0!

Hello,

After trying to make a variation, something went wrong and set all my stock to 0 and converted me to what looks like FBM.:disappointed_relieved:

I re-uploaded my file to fix the variation with a backup but all my stock is at 0, and it switched me to FBM with 0 stock.

Please help, how can I fix this and revert back to FBA with all my real stock back and listings active?:sob:

Many thanks for any help

The drop down should have an option to convert the listing to FBA. If you have a lot of them to do, then it might be quicker to fix with a file upload. There is a section of the spreadsheet titled ‘Fulfilment’. On my Excel, I think the headers are coloured a light blue, you can fill out the FBA information there. Make sure to leave the ‘Offer’ section (red for me) blank.

Edit - leave the stock numbers blank and make sure to use the same SKU as you already were. That way the stock you have in the warehouses will be assigned to these listings once they’re converted back to FBA.
