Why is SnL not automatic for eligible products?
Hi, just trying to understand why you need to bother enrolling all of your eligible products into SnL when they are guaranteed to have a smaller fee vs normal FBA prices.
Is this just Amazon making more money from people new/unfamiliar with the program?

As @Dedez says, it’s slower because of using slower delivery services. S&L is just about the only bulk deliveries that Royal Mail carry out for Amazon now, apart from returns. Most Prime despatches are done through Amazon’s own logistics so whilst quite a few of our S&L’s are delivered as Prime, quite a few take a wee while. During the Royal Mail strikes, EVRI took on a lot of what RM couldn’t deliver.

Some people dont use it as it tends to make the delivery time a bit slower

Nope, it is because of delivery times. S&L can invariably be a slower process and a lot of sellers want the Prime option to be available to buyers.
