Hello @Seller_oFN53gra6Sdoc,

Thank you for bringing this concerning situation to our attention. Unauthorized charges from third parties are a serious matter that can affect any seller. Here's some general advice that might be helpful in your situation:

1. Unauthorized Charges: Any charge made without your explicit consent is not acceptable, regardless of who is making the charge.

2. Documentation:

  • Keep all email correspondence and any other communication you've had with this third party.
  • Document the details of the charge, including date, amount, and any reference numbers.

3. Dispute the Charge:

  • If the charge was made to a credit card or bank account, contact your financial institution immediately to dispute the charge.
  • Many banks and credit card companies have fraud protection policies that can help in such situations.

4. Contact Amazon:

  • If this third party is in any way associated with your Amazon seller account or if the charge appeared on your Amazon account, contact Seller Support immediately through Seller Central.
  • Provide them with all the details and documentation you have.

5. Legal Considerations:

  • Depending on the amount and circumstances, you might want to consider seeking legal advice.
  • In many jurisdictions, charging without consent can be considered fraudulent activity.

6. Preventive Measures:

  • Be cautious about sharing any account information with third parties.
  • Regularly review your accounts for any unauthorized charges.

7. Community Alert: Without naming the third party (to avoid potential legal issues), you might want to warn other sellers to be cautious of similar scenarios.

Remember, you have the right to refuse services and withhold your account information. No legitimate business should charge you without your explicit agreement to their services.

For the benefit of our seller community:

  1. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with unauthorized charges?
  2. What steps did you take to resolve the situation?
  3. Do you have any additional advice for protecting against such incidents?

If you need more specific guidance, please don't hesitate to reach out to Seller Support through your Seller Central account. They can provide you with tailored assistance and possibly escalate the issue if needed.
