Shipment Performance Problem- Not our boxes

@TaylorR_Amazon,

Can you help look into this? We have had this same shipment performance issue come up over 20 times; sometimes the cases have been successfully disputed, but sometimes not. We are trying to get to the root cause of WHY this keeps happening.

We repeatedly receive a Shipment Performance Problem notification stating that the "Shipment ID was not included or is unscannable on one or more shipping boxes" whenever we ship to Amazon location ABE8 (Florence, New Jersey).

These shipment performance problems show an image in the details that are NOT OUR BOXES. We are confused as to what is happening at this one fulfillment center that keeps causing this performance problem to come up. We suspect that there is an ID mix up going on with the shipment UI from another account. We believe this is a glitch with Amazon that they are somehow associating boxes with us that are not ours.

I have no real solution but a proposition: when you create a shipping plan and see that the delivery address is again ABE8, don't finish that shipping plan and wait an hour or two. then create a new shipping plan and most probably another location will show up. Then delete the previous shipping plan.

@Topher_Amazon @TaylorR_Amazon any help on this? This has become a serious issue that has been going on for a year now. We are very close the ABE8, so it is hard to avoid this fulfillment center.
