AMAZON HOLD MY FUNDS FOR OVER 6 MONTHS
Amazon Europe suddenly sent me an email on June telling me that my account has been suspended due to deceptive, illegal or fraudulent activity after more than 2 years of successfully sales, healthy account and the most important thing happy customers, so after 60 days the proceed to send me a virtual interview to validate my identity with a posterior supply chain documentation and invoices, despite send everything they decided to keep my account deactivated keeping me in a loop of transferring my case to another associate and keeping my funds for more than 6 months without a real answer or explanation of what happened, I always been receiving the same boot automated message from them.
Could someone please escalate this issue to the appropriate department for a prompt resolution? It’s disappointing that I have to resort to the forum for assistance, but this is my money, and Amazon has no right to illegally withhold it after almost 6 months.
I have fulfilled my obligations as a seller and there is no justifiable reason for Amazon to withhold funds that are legally owed to me. Under applicable financial laws and regulations, including the Payment Services Regulations 2017, withholding my funds without proper cause may amount to a breach of both my contractual rights and statutory rights.
I kindly request a detailed explanation of how the disbursement of my funds is in violation of Amazon’s policies, as the general references to the agreement and policy provided do not clarify this. If the account is to remain restricted or deactivated, I will accept that; however, the transfer of funds should proceed without further delay.
I trust someone reading this forum understand the gravity of the situation and hope to resolve this matter amicably and without further escalation.
