Complaining about Amazon Seller Central

hello, would anyone have a link or know how to complain to Amazon Seller Central? our account has been blocked since November 2023 and after countless emails and form-filling exercises following autogenerated links, we simply want to appeal the block made(erroneously) release our funds and close our account with Amazon. three months later this remains impossible to do. Any advice is most welcome. Thank you.

When you say your account 'blocked', do you mean deactivated ? Why was it blocked ? You maybe need to post the email you received regarding the 'block/deactivation' for anyone here to help.

If it is deactivated then to close completely and release any funds it must be re-activated first before Amazon will do that, so need a reason..

Can you also please share with me the Case ID you have open with Seller Support so I can check?

Beside the Merchant Token, please let me know if there are any other barriers to attend the IPI. This is the first step you need to take in order to have the account re-activated.
