New listings performing well until changing bank account details?
So, a couple of weeks ago I listed two new parent Asins each with about 8 variations. The new listings we’re doing fairly well and I was somewhat pleased with the sales we were getting with about 65 orders in the 2 weeks.
5 days ago (or so), I had to change our bank details on Amazon as we’ve got a new business bank account, and in good old Amazon fashion, a few hours later, I got an email saying that an unauthorised person had gained access to our account and made changes. Amazon reversed the changes and put our account on holiday mode.
There was no such unauthorised access, and so I checked everything out, re-changed our bank account details (which are still being verified), and set our account back to active.
Most of our long standing listings are performing as expected, but these new listings have not made a single sale since I changed the bank account details. Ordinarily, I’d just say this is a coincidence but we all know what Amazon are like.
So, I was just wondering if there’s anything I can look at to see if there’s an ‘issue’ I can look at before I try reaching the ever useless seller support? Anyone else experienced similar?

What about the Account Health dashboard? Can you see any violation notifications there?
