Brand registration is so challenging
Dear @Dougal_Amazon
We are a manufacturer currently preparing to register our brand on Amazon after setting up our account. We have registered our trademark with the USPTO, but there is an issue: our company is registered as a legal entity, but the trademark is registered in the name of our representative, not the company. We are concerned that this discrepancy between the account owner (the company) and the trademark owner (the representative) might lead to our brand registration being rejected.
Could you advise us on how to resolve this issue and complete the brand registration?
If there are any documents we need to prepare, we will get everything ready and submit them.
Thank you.

That will certainly happen.
Why did you let a "representative" register your trademark?? You risk to lose anything! HE is the only one to have a legal right to sell your brand in the USA. He will even make suspend your seller account in USA and accuse you for IP violation. Unless this "representative" is you.
Unfortunately I don't know how you can fix this. I would say that you have to change ONE: or the owner of the brand in the USPTO or delete your seller account on the name of the company and create a new one to the name of the "representative". If this "representative" is a sole proprietor or a Single Member LLC he is anyway no business and no company but an individual. Hopefully that is the case for you.

Hello @Seller_QsNc6rEwKcpyM,
Dougal here and I am happy to assist. To provide specific guidance, I would need the answers to some questions that I would not have you provide in a public forum.
Approaching the question of how can I register the brand, I recommend reviewing the Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide and more specifically, section 2.4 on page 4.
If you have more questions after reviewing this, please let me know.
Best, Dougal

This is not a problem. We successfully apply for brand registry on companies we acquire before we transfer legal ownership like once a quarter. Fill out the BR application, Amazon will send a 2fa code to the contact on the trademark (your CEO or legal firm), they pass that on to you, bada bing bada boom you're good to go.

But once you are in.. you are free to violate the selling rights of every "unauthorized" seller with complete disregard to the law.

All Brand registries that I know of use an agency of some sort to file the paperwork. usually a law office specializing in trademarks.
Just be aware the code goes to the agency. they will then send it to you to complete the brand registry creation.

If you haven't listed the product yet, change your brand. You are going to get screwed over big time.
