Account Deactivation please help
Dear Sirs/Madam,
We have had our accounts deactivated for some time now (16 days) and it is affecting our company, we have over 40 staff who may be at risk of losing their jobs if this is not sorted ASAP. We have three accounts with amazon (2 of which we no longer use to sell) and intend to deactivate those two after we get the main account up and running as this is the account where we earn hundreds of thousands a month and pay up to £30,000 in fees to amazon.
It is the main part of our business so we need this sorting immediately.
We received multiple account violations on our backup account which we have no listings on now and we have not used it for up to 2 years but that account has picked up the deactivation which has also deactivated the main account.
How can this be sorted please??? as we have appealed, phoned up, sent info, sent what is required but amazon just don't want to know and won't let us know what exactly we need to do.

You are only allowed multiple accounts under certain circumstances. What is a backup account?

Absolutely no-one here on the forum will be able to help you with your problems - it will have to be done through account health/verification
It sounds like your account was deactivated due to having multiple accounts, but as above, that is not allowed unless you meet Amazon's strict criteria.
You will need to get the very first account that was deactivated ,reactivated first and then ask for any others to be closed that you do not use.
