Shipment Pallets Importance?
Hi Guys,
I am sending my first palletised shipment to Amazon.
When I made the shipment I did not include that the boxes would be on pallets.
I did not realised at the time.
Does this have a huge importance?

Yes , if you have stated you are sending boxes, but have put those boxes on a pallet without telling amazon, it is important
You need to cancel the shipment and start again telling them its a pallet

I managed to create a new shipment, we will go to the shipping company with the new labels and relabel before they ship on Monday.
I have some further questions, this is my first shipment by sea, a lot of this is new to me.
BOL- it says to use the Amazon shipment ID and add box/pallet number, do I just add 8(box)1(pallet) to end of the Shipment ID? Amazon seems to automatically just be using the shipment ID?
Where do I put the pallet labels? There are 4 per pallet - just one on each side?
Where do I get my PRO/Freight Number? My shipping company has told me to ask Amazon about this.

Hi guys, thanks for all of the help so far.
Im just wondering if anyone has any tips for carrier central or shipments being received, something that could hold up this shipment that I may not think of?
I am not using AGL.
I am using a consolidator and a freight forwarder when it reaches France.
