Request for Review removal - product returned to Amazon was used and shipped again

I am trying to get a review removed.
A customer left a review that the produc was worn. I use Amazon for all of my fulfillment and returns management and my products go directly from the manufacturer to AWD and FBA.
In this case, I can only assume the product was worn by a customer and returned to Amazon. This product was accidently (I assume) returned to sellable inventory and then shipped to another customer.
So, I am out:
- the cost of the product (as Amazon doesn't reimburse for customers sending back used products).
- Fufillment fee (for sending out a used product that obviously would not be accepted)
- Lost sale as the customer probably isn't going to buy another product from me
- Return inspection fee for the return of the used product (the second time)
An on top of that, my product gets a negative review which again will hurt my sales.
This is incredibly frustrating as I am being penalized multiple times for an issue caused by amazon - I get mistakes happen and part of that is the cost of doing busines, but I am hoping at least I can get the review removed? @Danny_Amazon can you help here?
