Total balance suddenly went into deferred status
Hello, I just noticed that my total balance has suddenly gone into deferred status. I am doing only FBA, my account is in perfect standing. I've been selling on Amazon for six years and nothing like this has happened so far. Please, advise!

I am having the same issue over last 3 weeks - most my payments went into deferred and still not got them yet. Also it seems many transactions unaccounted for!

i'm having the same issue. disbursement was supposed to leave on Monday evening but it never. now my balance is £120 and when i look into the payments section i can see the money that usually would have been disbursed to me is held in a section that says deferred transaction. i opened a case, but they've failed to explain anything to, saying my account is in good order, so i'm having to research potential issues myself

It happened to us after the emails warning about account discrepency issues. We reverified after which the old account level reserve stays at zero and all funds go into deferred and slowly day by day go to net proceeds. Its not DD+7 for us as that was applied back in 2019 (to our account). We were dealing with an actual human being in the Amazon VAT office in Germany.
Its unexplained as to why the change has ocurred but money seems to move through but the first 7 days all funds go to deferred. A bit weird as Amazon has effectively held our funds for an additional 7 days and then the normal process kicked in. We thought it was because we re-verified but apparantly not. The only feedback we had is our account is fine, no issues and funds are moving normally - no expanation of the change to the process. Its like no human being knows - typical of Amazon. It just initially meant funds were held for a week before they kicked in. All previous balances (to our reverification) paid out as normal. All very strange with that same worrying feel to all dealings we have with Amazon.

It must be the dd+7 happened to my account about 2 weeks go.
if you click on the part where its has the deferred amount you can see all the transactions that are deferred. If you click on the transaction it will tell you when the money will be released.
I have just started to get some funds become available for withdrawal but wont lie has been a tough few weeks had to take a loan to cover all the costs and stock.
Also be aware if you purchase your postage through amazon this will come of the amount and may show a negative until funds start to be released.

More sellers who dont bother to read emails or news.DD+7 has been anounced multiple times thoughout this year.Sellers had the opportunity to defer this till 2025 but its too late now.
