Account Deactivated after video call verification

My account has been deactivated after video call verification and I have submitted appeals but there is no response from seller support after submitting three times Amazon reply me with automated response that I have received earlier after every appeal submission. Now I don't know which documents Amazon is requesting or which type of Plan of Action required because I have submitted every type of Plan of Action and strong appeals with all documents but didn't work please tell me which specific documents are required to reinstate my account. Also my all investment has lost because I have purchased inventory from a brand and in meantime Amazon has deactivated my account.
