Brand Registry - Abusive conduct Help
Hello,
A third-party company helped me with the Brand registry process and right now they are the brand administrator of my brand. They invited me to become an authorized user to have full access to the brand but the invitation was denied because of abusive conduct. My account is healthy and I have not done anything wrong. Amazon sent me a list of reasons but they do not apply to me and I do not know what to do at this point. Please help me approve the invitation to become an administrator of my brand. Otherwise, this third-party company will stay as an administrator for my brand which I do not want at all.

Thanks for the case ID and additional detail and I see that you responded to and added a bit more detail to your appeal. The team will review and respond, but I recommend you provide some proof that you in fact own the brand.
I also found 3 other brand registry applications submitted by you which were declined and it is possible that plays a factor in the decision you received.
