All the couriers they connect with provide their own tracking numbers as standard as far as I know.
I use a mixture of Evri and Inpost and marking as dispatched (using SmartSend) works fine.*
*There was an issue for a day or two a while back and although they fixed it, they still have a case open with me about it. Don’t know why. They send a message nearly every day saying they are working on a solution when there is no current problem AFAIK.

Any particular reason for parcel2go? I use Evri a lot with Amazon buy shipping and this works fine for me.
Some have said availability, coverage and price is better on parcel2go and believe that to be true for some areas like Scotland but to be fair, Evri on buy shipping when available does rival Royal Mail.
Not hearing many noises from Royal Mail at the minute about fresh strikes etc.

Yep royal Mail are sunk and in my humble opinion the workers going on strike fell into Royal hands. The workers have lost the sympathy of the public and my understanding is the CEO is no longer even engaging into talks with the union.

Hello @JKR_TRADING1
Thank you for writing to us. This is Jennie from Amazon.
I understand that you are concerned about your valid tracking rate but it can be impacted due to multiple reasons like if the tracking numbers were not added immediately after shipping the items or if even a single digit in the tracking number was incorrect or if you have selected the wrong carrier details and many more.
If you have concern in regards to the courier service, you can also check the valid tracking rate policy where in you will find the list of Amazon integrated carriers or else you can get in touch with our seller partner support to get more information.
To get in touch with our seller support team please follow the below steps :
Click on help that is on the top right corner of your seller central > Get support > select selling on Amazon > describe your issue and then select the options appropriately and at last choose the contact method to get in touch with the team.
Please click the following link to view the valid tracking rate policy : https://www.sellercentral.amazon.dev/help/hub/reference/G201817070?ref=sp_st_vtr_summary
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Jennie.
