Requesting removal of Product Review From Seller Feedback

Order id - 702-6605643-7820260

Seller Feedback - "Table came with scratches on the tabletop. Seems it was damaged in transit."

We Kindly request that you remove the "Seller Feedback" which is a product review for a dining table customer who has received from us. The customer clearly states that the product(table) came scratched, which has nothing to do with Seller Feedback and is a "Product Review".

We kindly request you to remove this review as per the Amazon Guideline of:

As buyer feedback is a direct reflection of their Amazon shopping experience, we can only remove feedback for these reasons:

- Contains obscene language

- Contains seller-specific, personally identifiable information

- Entire feedback comment is a product review

- Entire feedback comment is about fulfilment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon

We have also attached the screenshot of the review given by the customer and the Amazon Guideline screenshot as well on behalf of which we are requesting you to remove the review.

We had also opened up a case for the removal of the review but they were denied within a minute of opening up a case.
